We are excited to share with you some resources we have gathered and developed for introducing Soft Skills for Employment to youth. This assessment may be used by teachers as a way to measure skill development, as well as an informal assessment from which to base employment goals for Transition IEPs. The assessment may be completed by students and/or teachers and parents.

This workbook may be printed out as a complete workbook or page by page for individual lessons. All pages of this workbook are also available in the facilitator’s manual.
