We are excited to share with you some resources we have gathered and developed for introducing Soft Skills for Employment to youth. We will update this site as more lessons are modified and/or designed, so check back periodically. MYTransitions Soft Skills Assessment Tool (pdf)
This assessment may be used by teachers as a way to measure skill development, as well as an informal assessment from which to base employment goals for Transition IEPs. The assessment may be completed by students and/or teachers and parents.
MYTransitions Youth Academy Workbook (pdf) — revised 2/1/17
This workbook may be printed out as a complete workbook or page by page for individual lessons. All pages of this workbook are also available in the facilitator’s manual.
