Mental Health Resources

Montana has Mental Health resources available, but sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. The most important thing to remember is that you ARE NOT ALONE.

Connect with people who care about you at school, in your family, and in your community.

Depression is treatable– suicide is preventable.

If you are in crisis and want help, please call, text, or chat the Montana Crisis Lifeline, 24/7, at 988

Montana has one of the highest suicide rates in the nation and many efforts are being made in the state to reverse this trend. As a result, Montanan’s have many resources available to them to address suicide in our personal lives, as well as in our schools and workplaces.
