Montana Empowerment Center (MEC)

Montana Empowerment Center, Inc. is Montana's Parent Training and Information Center.  Our mission is to Empower, Encourage and Educate all Montana families with children and young adults with disabilities by providing the Information, Resources and Support they need to make informed choices.  Some of the most common school related questions are about Special Education, IEPs, Transition from high school, 504 plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.  Montana Empowerment Center can also assist educators and other professionals who serve children with disabilities from birth through age 26.  We are not a legal entity. Our team supports parents to become their child’s own best advocate.
