2024 Montana Youth Transitions Conference
In-Person Registration
This 3-day conference (Nov. 6, 7, and 8) for high school students and out-of-school youth/young adults with disabilities, their families, teachers, counselors, and other service providers is an unforgettable opportunity to learn more about preparing successful transition plans and preparing for the adult world.
The IN-PERSON CONFERENCE, held at the Great Falls Heritage Inn, will provide in-person presentations by keynote and workshop presenters, as well as host a day-long vendor fair with service providers and agencies who support transition planning in one way or another.

| Youth/Young Adult (HS juniors, seniors, and youth adults through age 21) | $175/person |
PRESENTERS are eligible for a reduced registration rate upon notification of presenter status. Please do not select this rate until you have been confirmed as a presenter.

Scholarships: Scholarships will be available on a first come-first serve basis for in-person and virtual attendees. Scholarship information is available at www.montanayouthtransitions.org on the MYT Conference page.
