This 3-day conference (Nov. 6, 7, and 8) for high school students and out-of-school youth/young adults with disabilities, their families, teachers, counselors, and other service providers is an unforgettable opportunity to learn more about preparing successful transition plans and preparing for the adult world.
The IN-PERSON CONFERENCE, held at the Great Falls Heritage Inn, will provide in-person presentations by keynote and workshop presenters, as well as host a day-long vendor fair with service providers and agencies who support transition planning in one way or another.
